"In the past a lot of people have thought you can network very well, like people etc but for us the definition of PR is really building 'dialog' between stakeholders... which could be media, consumers, doctors, gamers. What we do is basically extensive amount of communication with client stakeholders."

The interview was mainly focused on PR industry and its nature, and introduction on Edelman as well as her personal view on Korean culture.
